Sloping floors or foundation cracks

If you have sloping floors you might need a structural solution by way of foundation repair. However, before you call a contractor, you should speak with a structural engineer first. Often times, foundations do not require a repair even if there is minor settlement. It depends on other signs of damage. A professional assessment from a licensed structural engineer is a great idea.
