This house had major settlement of foundation causing structural damage in Fullerton, Orange County.

After our structural engineering inspection and assessment, we are specifying several helical piles and possibly tie-backs to support the home around the hillside.

Because this is our structural engineering specialization, we can easily provide structural engineering calculations and drawings for a city building department submittal and construction of the concrete foundation retrofit.
