Load bearing wall shear wall in condo

Provided a structural engineering assessment for a load-bearing wall in a condo. Turns out that the condo wall was a Shear wall. I provided a structural engineering solution for them to open up a window in the wall. Laguna Beach. Orange County. http://www.ocstructurecheck.com
