Huntington Beach – Shear Wall removal

this home in Huntington Beach may be in for a load bearing and shear wall removal. we proposed a Simpson Strong Tie Strong Wall to replace the existing plywood shear wall. this would give the home owner more connection to the exterior courtyard spaces and enjoy the ocean views.
