Check for a load-bearing wall removal in a Newport beach condo

I went up into this Attic in this Newport beach condo to determine if they owner of the condominium below the one I was in had removed a load-bearing wall.

My client showed me the different cracks in her drywall and thought that he previous remodel work the owner of the condo below had previously done was not structurally sound. I provided the assessment and consultation to determine the cause of the cracks of the drywall and the exact load that was applied.
