Surface water runnoff towards house may create foundation problem s

Poor drainage can be troubling. Surface run off towards the house will enable saturation in the soil under that house. Such saturation may create foundation and structural damage.

This house in Costa Mesa Orange County had significant foundation settlement due to this poor drainage.
