Do you need Foundation Repair?

We provide an independent assessment to determine if foundation repair is required. Often times it is not required if the settlement is minor.

If the settlement warrants it, we recommend a foundation repair because the settled foundation could be pulling the roof framing system inducing stresses in the roof rafters connections. If the rafters are pulled apart there is less capacity available to resist earthquake induced movement.
