Just 100 year old craftsman style Los Angeles house had several issues with the foundation. Additional post beams and concrete piers were recommended for interior supports. Foundation underpinning around the perimeter was recommended for water saturated subgrade under the perimeter Foundation stem wall that caused settlement. Additional repair work was recommended where deteriorated 1 by 6 wood decking was damage due to leaking bathtub.
