this house wanted to do a 700 square-foot expansion into the backyard. It was built in the mid-70s and has prefabricated trusses. today I performed the structural engineering assessment and consultation to determine what is the best location to have the vaulted ceiling and expansion into the backyard. We also discussed having one of the bi folding glass doors installed for an open concept and outdoor indoor living.
